Where is Ramlit based, and who do you work with?
Ramlit Limited is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and works with clients internationally. We support startups, SMEs, SaaS businesses, agencies and larger organizations. Communication channels, review times and delivery responsibilities are agreed at kickoff.
Can you improve an existing product or join our team?
Yes. We can take on a defined workstream, investigate a production issue, modernize an application or work alongside your internal team. We first review the codebase, access requirements and dependencies so the scope is realistic.
How do you keep a project clear and accountable?
The proposal sets out deliverables, exclusions, milestones and acceptance criteria. We agree review points and discuss changes to scope, cost or timing before adding work. Handover requirements, source code access and account ownership are documented in the agreement.
Can we continue working together after launch?
Yes. You can add a scoped monthly plan for development, maintenance, cloud operations, AI automation or other priorities. The plan defines the available capacity and support coverage; it is not unlimited development.
