That is the honest reason to buy from a company rather than an individual. Ramlit is a registered software company with a team, published terms, and a contact address that is not one person's phone. What you are owed after delivery — support, revisions, what happens if you cancel — is written down on the terms page, not promised in a sales conversation.

The second one. Ramlit builds software — the AI work sits inside real applications, deployments and integrations. That is why the list above has DevOps and MVP delivery on it, not just models and prompts.
We already have a system. Can you work on that instead of rebuilding it?
Yes — integrations, automation and troubleshooting on an existing stack are on the service list for exactly this reason. Say what you already run in the brief, and the reply will tell you whether adding to it or replacing it is the cheaper answer.
You are in Dhaka. How does that work for us?
Ramlit is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and works with clients worldwide. Put your timezone in the brief and calls get booked in your working hours. If that is a dealbreaker, better to find out in the first message than in month two.
