n8n Workflow Automation

Connect the tools you already use. Cut the manual steps.

n8n automation services for CRM, content, API and internal workflows. Get documented flows with retries, alerts and a clear handover.

A workflow that succeeds once in a demo can still fail on expired credentials, missing fields or provider limits. Without documentation, only its creator knows how to fix it.

Run a defined process through n8n with understandable steps, recoverable failures and ownership of the workflows that keep your business moving.

What we deliver

Workflow implementation

Connect triggers, transformations and actions for a defined process. Keep the workflow legible and use supported connectors where possible.

AI and approvals

Add summarization, classification or drafting steps with review gates. Separate uncertain AI output from deterministic business rules.

Hosting and recovery

Scope cloud or self-hosted deployment, credential storage, logging and backups. Define what happens when a provider times out or limits requests.

Who this service is for

Teams already using n8n, agencies building client automations, and businesses connecting cloud services without commissioning a full custom application.

Common use cases

  • Move qualified form submissions into a CRM.
  • Create a content draft from approved source material for editorial review.
  • Synchronize a recurring report between internal tools.

What you receive

  1. Exportable n8n workflow files and a field mapping document.
  2. Test runs for normal, incomplete and failed inputs.
  3. Credential setup guidance, runbook and team walkthrough.

We agree acceptance criteria before kickoff. Changes to scope are reviewed before additional work begins.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

Need clarity on your specific situation? Talk to our team.

Can you host n8n for us?

We can set up an agreed hosting environment. Infrastructure, n8n licensing where applicable and ongoing operations are separate costs.

What counts as one workflow?

A defined trigger-to-outcome process. The starter includes up to three connected services and ten processing nodes, excluding complex custom code or large data migrations.

Do we own the workflows?

You receive the workflow exports and documentation. Third-party tools and n8n remain subject to their own licensing and account terms.
